The Varaxite Rod is a seventh rod in the game and can be obtained from smelting 
Varaxiums and 
Cobalt Ores into 
Varaxite Bars then smithing the bars into reels at the anvil inside Smithing Hub in Brightleaf and craft it in Rod Crafting table.

You can craft fishing rods in Rod Crafting table located above the Brightleaf Merchant.
