The Seismic Gauntlets is a part of the Tier 4 Mining Set, which can be obtained by combining the previous tiers' gauntlets with a Skilling Catalyst by engaging with some dialogue with Rick Rockpick in the cave in the Abandoned Mine. It increases the experience gain per action by 2% (2.4% when in use with the whole set, 12% in total).
