The Infernal Apron is a part of the Tier 4 Smithing Set, which can be obtained by combining the previous tiers' helmets with a Skilling Catalyst by engaging with some dialogue with the ghost NPC in the cave in the Shadow Dungeon. It increases the experience gain per action by 2% (2.4% when in use with the whole set, 12% in total).
