Staff of Torment

Using a Staff of Torment with Curse type of tomes gives you a small boost in Control and Spellpower and 25% chance of not consuming tomes

This Staff can be created on the 5th Floor of the Crypts of Nydarax at the Corresponding Abandoned Laboratory Table. This item seems to have some sort of powerful emotion contained within it. The Staff of Torment is an extremely powerful piece of magic equipment equipable at level 90.
