This item can be used to fish in Beetle spots at Docks, south of Brightleaf Forest. This bait can be used at level 50 Fishing. When used you will fish up Trout or Jellyfish.

This item is uncommonly dropped from Fishing spiders, Forest spiders, Mushrooms, Sapphire scarabs, Ruby scarabs,Arosite scarabs and Magnetite scarabs.
